Our rooms are available from 14.00 hrs.

Check-Out
We ask you to make your room available by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can store your luggage at reception. If your departure time is before 7.00 a.m., we ask you to settle your account by 10.00 p.m. the evening before.

Breakfast

We serve your rich gourmet breakfast in our restaurant from Monday to Saturday from 6.30 am to 10.00 am and on Sundays and public holidays from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.

Bicycles

In order to explore Aue and the Erzgebirge landscape, we can help you with the arrangement and organization of rental bikes / e-bikes.

Hairdresser

The Weisser Friseure salon is located in our building. We will be happy to arrange appointments for you at reception.

Luggage

You can leave your luggage at reception. We will be happy to carry your suitcases for you.

Glass brewery

A very special highlight is our glass brewery and the first beer museum in Auer. Here you can experience the art of brewing and history live. We want to appeal to the senses of our guests: Smell, see, taste and feel.

Vouchers

A special kind of gift. You can obtain our individual vouchers at our reception.

Slippers

Slippers are available at reception for a fee of € 2.50.

Pets

Pets (dogs, cats) are only welcome by prior arrangement. Please bring an appropriate blanket or basket. We charge a fee of 15,00 € per day.

The Internet is available to you free of charge.

We recommend running along the Floßgraben. 5 minutes and you are directly at the rafting ditch, where you can cover your distance on good ground in a scenic area.

Children

The little ones are very important to us. Our playroom with playhouse, mini billiards, lots of books and games as well as our playground are available to our little guests. But that's not all we have to offer: children's quizzes, children's menus, birthday parties and a changing table.

Bowling alley

You can spend an eventful evening for young and old at our Euro-Bowl bowling alley. We serve you food and drink in a cozy atmosphere. Bowling alley fee per lane/hour 12,00 €.

Pillow

Please let us know at reception if you require additional pillows or pillows for allergy sufferers.

Emergency exit / escape routes

You can reach the outside from each floor via marked routes. Please do not use the elevator in the event of a fire alarm. You will find escape instructions in the information brochure in your room.

Our hotel parking lot (access Schneeberger Str. 6) is available free of charge for your car.

You can hand in your mail at reception. Mail is sent daily from Monday to Friday.

Restaurants

Our Michelin-starred restaurant St. Andreas is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 5.00 pm.

Our brewery inn "Lotters Wirtschaft" is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 17.00 hrs.

Reception

Our reception is open from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please inform us in advance.

In our house you will find the optimal support and equipment for your conference. The separately located and light-flooded conference rooms offer you the best conditions for training courses, presentations and product launches.
