BREWERY
Our master brewer
knows his craft and brews his unique beer.
He takes the time that a beer needs to mature and doesn't just leave the beer to technology and electronics and doesn't brew in a fast-track process.
At our brewery, the hops are added by hand the old-fashioned way and every brew is stirred by hand. This is how our cellar-cloudy Lotter is created! It tastes tangy and fresh and will also delight you. Naturally, it is produced in accordance with the German purity law and is served unfiltered. We brew Lotters Hell, Lotters Dunkel and strong beer for you.

Our chefs
are masters of the art of the art of cooking in the Erzgebirge.
They have clever ideas on how to make the dishes taste even more traditional, e.g. by refining them with real Lotter beer. Our cold cuisine also offers beer-based dishes. Let us convince you of the variety of our dishes. Our Reinbeiß schnapps are also very unusual. Experience how you can combine a hearty bite with one of our Lotter bock beer schnapps
